After you have postponed your reservation you will receive an email to confirm your postponement. If you do not receive the postponement email, please send an email with the details of your reservation to reservations@hoteltopaz.co.ke.

We will never charge you a postponing fee. However, in order to avoid a fee from the hotel, please make sure you postpone on time according to the postponing policy of the hotel. You will find the postponing policy on the “Hotel Terms and Conditions” page.

We do not allow cancellation of a booking but we do allow a booking to be postponed within the next 30 days(from the date the booking was initially made), use the form provided in the contact Us page to contact us.

The hotel strictly does not allow any pets.

It is possible to book as many rooms as you want with us as long as they are available and for as long as you want.

Unfortunately, we do not take bookings by telephone or email. But if you need assistance of any sort you can always call us during office hours or send an email to reservations@hoteltopaz.co.ke.

When you have completed making a reservation and paid. Within a couple minutes, you will receive a confirmation email containing more information about your reservation and the hotel’s contact details.

Yes, you can pay you stay in advance. Feel free to make a reservation using our website where you will pay in advance for you stay.

At the moment we do not allow any type of credit card. We allow M-PESA and cash, if you are not able to use this two means, please contact us using the contact page and we will guide you on how you can make reservation.
